Terms of Service

The service

Boston Dining Deals lets you book a table at a participating restaurant at a specific time with a percentage discount offered by that restaurant. By using bostondiningdeals.com you agree to these terms. Booking is free for diners.

Your booking

Give your name (or your check-in code) at the host stand when you arrive. The restaurant applies the discount to your bill.

Discounts apply to food on the à la carte menu. Drinks are not discounted unless the restaurant's deal terms say otherwise. Deal terms shown before you book (for example party size limits or excluded menus) are part of the booking. Tax and tip are not discounted.

Please provide accurate contact details. The restaurant may contact you about your booking.

Cancellations and no-shows

You can cancel from your confirmation page up until your reservation time. If you don't show up and didn't cancel, the restaurant may mark the booking as a no-show. Accounts with repeated no-shows (currently two) may be blocked from making new bookings.

Restaurants

Restaurants are independent businesses. They set their own deals, times and capacity, and they are responsible for the food, service and premises. We are not responsible for a restaurant's acts or omissions, but if a restaurant doesn't honor your booking, tell us at hello@bostondiningdeals.com and we will follow up. Restaurant partners are also covered by a separate partner agreement.

Acceptable use

Don't make bookings you don't intend to keep, book under someone else's details without permission, resell bookings, or interfere with the site or its security.

Availability and liability

We work to keep deals and availability accurate, but the service is provided "as is". Deals can change or be paused by the restaurant. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Questions: hello@bostondiningdeals.com.
