Boston Dining Deals ("we", "us") runs bostondiningdeals.com, a service for booking discounted tables at Boston-area restaurants. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. Questions: hello@bostondiningdeals.com.

When you book a table: your name, email address, phone number, party size, the date and time you chose, and any special requests you enter.

When you sign up for launch updates: your email address and, if you choose one, a neighborhood.

When you contact us or apply as a restaurant partner: the details you submit in the form.

We do not require an account to book, we do not take payment details, and we do not use advertising trackers. Restaurant partners who sign in to the partner portal receive a login cookie that keeps them signed in.

• To create your booking and send you a confirmation.
• To tell the restaurant who is coming, so they can hold your table and honor your discount.
• To prevent abuse, for example repeated no-shows or duplicate bookings.
• To reply to messages and review partner applications.
• To email you about our launch if you asked us to.

The restaurant you book. They receive your name, contact details, party size, time and special requests for that booking.

Service providers that run the site on our behalf: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email delivery). They process data only to provide their service to us.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to run the service, resolve disputes with restaurants and meet legal or accounting obligations. Launch-update emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop emailing you, by writing to hello@bostondiningdeals.com. We will respond within 30 days.

The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
